Smart women build things.

Your AI team needs a chief of staff. It's you.

Live, hands-on labs where women build AI agents for their real work. Two hours in, one agent running. No coding, no bro-y demos, no 11pm YouTube tutorials.

Women are 25% less likely to use AI than men. Not because they can't. Because nobody invited them to build. See the research

Why now

The AI gap isn't a skills gap. It's an invite gap.

A few years ago, building an app meant hiring developers or learning to code at 11pm after bedtime. (10/10, don't recommend.) Now AI does the building. The catch: most of the people showing how it's done don't look like us, and the women whose jobs AI will change most are the least likely to get an invite.

Using AI makes you a little faster. Building with it puts you in charge of how the work gets done. That's what we teach.

25%
lower generative AI adoption by women than men, across 18 studies
Harvard Business School, 2025
21% vs 33%
of entry-level women vs men whose managers encourage them to use AI
McKinsey and LeanIn.Org, 2025
2.7x
as many women's jobs as men's sit in the highest AI-exposure tier in high-income countries
ILO and NASK, 2025

Consider this your invite.

Public builds

Two hours. One agent. Yours to keep.

Bring the task that eats your week. Leave with an agent handling it, plus a room full of women building right alongside you.

How a build works

Bring a real task. Leave with it handled.

You build on the work that actually eats your week, so your agent is running by Monday, not sitting in a notes app. Build one and you'll start seeing ten more.

  1. 0:00Pick the jobChoose one real task from your workweek and map how your agent should handle it.
  2. 0:20Build it liveBuild alongside the group, with help the moment you get stuck.
  3. 1:15Connect itHook it up to your email, calendar or docs so it runs without you.
  4. Day 1 to 30Keep it runningOffice hours and a community help desk. If your agent isn't running when we wrap, we'll finish it with you.

Agent ideas

Start with what eats your week.

Not another chatbot. Each agent connects to the apps you already use, does the routine work and only brings you what needs a decision. Don't see yours? Bring your own idea.

Jaclyn Curtis, founder of Bluestocking Labs

Founder story

Hi, I'm Jaclyn. I've actually been a chief of staff.

I've spent 15+ years in B2B SaaS, going from Customer Success Manager to CEO, with two exits along the way. I've been a COO, a Managing Director and an actual Chief of Staff, where I helped lead AI rollouts at one of the largest construction companies in the US. Today I'm co-founder and CEO of Alsona.

I'm also a mom of three boys and the unofficial (and very unpaid) travel agent for my entire family, so I built TripBaddie with AI tools. No engineering team. No bootcamp.

The tools are here. What women need is someone to show them how.

Welcome to the lab.

Why “Bluestocking”?

In 1750s London, a group of women skipped the card parties and started their own salons built around big ideas and real conversation. Critics later turned "bluestocking" into an insult for women who were a little too smart.

We're taking it back. Think big, build things and skip the card games.

The Lab

The State of Women Building with AI

What actually gets women building, and what keeps their agents running. First edition coming soon. Built from what we learn in every cohort.

Get it first

Good questions.

Do I need to know how to code?

Nope. If you can write an email and you're willing to experiment a little, you can build an agent.

Do I build something for my actual job?

Yes, that's the point. Most builders pick a task from their workweek, like the inbox, meeting prep or the Friday update. If your company's tools are locked down, we'll help you pick one that works within the rules.

What if my agent breaks after?

You get 30 days of office hours and the community help desk. If it isn't running when we wrap, we finish it with you.

Is my data safe?

Your agent runs in your own account. We don't store your data. Read the privacy policy.

Is this only for women?

It's built for women and open to anyone who wants to build with us.
